Ryan Joshua Mahindapala FRSA is a Singaporean author and poet. He is the author of the novella, Spottisbrough (2021). His poetry is published in Kadamundu The Spice Road Review and in two international poetry anthologies, Mingled Voices 5 (2021) and Mingled Voices 7 (2023). He frequently speaks on topics related to heritage, culture and identity and was a featured author at Singapore Writers Festival 2023. Ryan is an elected Fellow of The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, UK (The RSA) and received a nomination for the Pushcart Prize for his poetry. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (2:1) from the University of Liverpool and a Master of Business Administration (Merit) from the University of Strathclyde. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in May 2020. Ryan has held leadership positions as committee member of the Triathlon Association of Singapore - Technical Committee (2020-2022) and the Peranakan Indian (Chitty Melaka) Association of Singapore (2020-2021).
